Winters Smile
Winter coats the sky in monochromatic smiles it hides
Then strike to muffle the sounds of life upon the mounds of white
Hear the gulls give mournful cries of winters misery
From storms high window the shrouds are buried beneath the angry sea
Then strike to muffle the sounds of life upon the mounds of white
Whisper against the wind of all the frivolous years you spent
From storms high window the shrouds are buried beneath the angry sea
Let's ride the waves up to the clouds to touch a lovers brow
Whisper against the wind of all the frivolous years you spent
Hear the gulls give mournful cries of winters misery
Let's ride the waves up to the clouds to touch a lovers brow
Winter coats the sky in monochromatic smiles it hides
