Winter World

Frosted pines accosted Crystal flakes Roaming in the gloaming Melancholy valley White and wan Pathos rules the sick snows Dull unpredictable Winter breeze Whistles through the thistles Valiant hills and pliant Willows dance Spilling sadness chilling Jack Frost spews cold attack Life asleep Hoar is forevermore 14th August, 2017
(When life is colourless, you tend to grow sad....)

Hi Jo, i do love the peace of winter. I had to drop in on this write because it was on Winter. An excellent outlook on winter Jo. Your words sing in the sadness of Winter. You really put across your thoughts so well in this wonderful write. A beautiful poem on Winters cold breath. This would have been a top rating and it has to go into my faves. Your Friend always....Mike.
