Winter Wonderland
The gentle snow touches the ground,
Snow is everywhere and all around.
What a beautiful sight to see,
Blessing us all especially you and me.
The pine trees covered in white,
Standing tall in rows, what a delight.
God's beautiful winter postcard,
When you walk the snow is crisp and hard.
Cars and buses passing by,
The pedestrians will arrive if they try.
What a picturesque and wonderous day,
God's paintbrush kind, each and every way.
God blesses us all the young and old
The short and tall, the brave and bold.
Winter is miraculous each year,
The warmth when you arrive home, an experience dear.
A cup of tea or hot chocolate warms you up,
You think and reminsce and then sup.
