Winter Wistfulness
Winter Wistfulness
Stillness prevails.
Adding to the hush
of a cold-snap night
is the crystalline presence
of snow.
It descends.
Brilliant-robed beauty
enfolds the earth,
penetrating the shadows
with etherealness.
