Winter Whites Master winter's crystalline zephyrs brisk, studies o'er its righteous domain quickly, promptly the seasonal occurrence whisk, frost wintry breath dust a field o' calmly. Eggshells ahead, once a rocky meadow, Snow hovers across a restless highway, Wall posts look like porcelain afterglow, Cable radars are bone chinaware splay. Alabaster Venuses ... snowstorm lamps, Snow White elucidate the dwarfs a song, Daisies dozing 'neath powdery revamps, Cottonfields-rice patties, trees chiffon. 1st HALF: This sonnet correlates the character that winter takes on, making a field of rocks look like eggshells, alabaster venuses that the snowstorm lamps take on in appearances.

2nd HALF: As for the volta, in the good old days, Christians would dress in their Sunday whites, and as such, it's a done deal and that Sunday's takes on the wintry look regardless of the season, hence the title winter takes on whiteness persona/pitch.

Hello William, yes this is winter. It is cold and sometimes stormy. To shovel snow is not always easy. when the snow is heavy. That is when you shovel slowly to get the job done. Aloha! Darlene

I was stuck in Montreal, I missed my flight but took another a little later. We stayed at the Marriott In-Terminal Hotel for free since I've got an employee lifetime status card. The men folks and the boys did the dirty work, even if it is snow. Aloha!

I recently visited my family in Montreal and Connecticut, Darlene, as you described it, yes, very much so but the kids and grandkids did the heavy-duty stuff. Stay safe my friend, Aloha!
