Winter Waters

Winter waters flow untainted and clear, a glimpse into clarity with nothing far away, all near. Opened streams flood the plains chilled by winter cold and rain. Step lively through the forest and the trees catch the scent of wood fires on each breeze, leaf crunch and piles high and deep where snows lay on the grounds asleep, a calling whispered on the open air coming home for Christmas, in memory, I'm there.
