Wonderful haiku on the yearly visits of "snow" creating an economy all of its own. Growing up we relished our two or three really good snowstorms each winter with sledding, skiing and catching snowflakes on our tongues! The mountains were an hour away so I did a lot of skiing and ultimately became a ski instructor. Have always loved snowy days even though they are a rarity where I live now. I guess my Scandinavian heritage stretches its legs when it snows! Thank you for this delightful haiku. Best wishes for the contest. Cheers!

We don't have any snow in the tropical country I live, except in some places. I have been to the Titlis mountains of Alps in Switzerland during my trip to Europe. It was a breathtaking ocean of snow. Lovely haiku.

I have been to India, and to the north and into Nepal, snow there, Kathmandu was on a bucket list, as well as many of the wonderful sights and sounds I experienced across India, cherished memories.

An enterprising thing, snow. Not much here in the islands, sand. Both of them fulfill our local economy--n.ice, epithet, haiku
