Winter Scenes of Winter Days

Oh, how the snows build up
From flurries falling down
When these trails are not plowed
And winds blow snow around.

Oh, how we slip and slide
With each step that we take,
Off an edge, in potholes
And progress slowly make.

Oh, my, such beautiful
White scenes of winter days
And nights in moonlight walks,
As we trudge on our way.

Oh, winter’s snowy scenes -
Such beauty to behold
With snowflakes blowing round
As we walk in the cold.
