Winter Moon
GOLDEN rays shone down,
Moonlight excited,
Earth beauty astounding him,
Dark winter nights so captivating,
He would dance in his wait,
Snow queen would fall into his arms,
Yes! Yes! he thought,
Tonight is my night,
She burst her clouds into millions,
SILVER FLAKES twinkled,
He spun her around,
She SPARKLED like a magical flickering flame,
Then she rested upon the earth,
DRIFTING into a deep sleep,
When morning arrived he had gone,
She wept ICICLES,
Tears falling from her eyes,
Trying her best to hold on,
Her heart melting with every beat,
Until the light of his return,
Into his strong SPADE like arms,
As he pulled her into his light.
