Winter Moon

A December romance
makes my heart leap for joy
while wearing your key around my neck
I glow underneath the warm moonlight
with apple cider in hand
wishing we could be together
I shall be patient
for I know you'll be back for me

I think this is a gorgeous poem. I just love the simple thread running through it, I can actually picture you there in the moonlight, the picture so vivid. Wherever you are, it certainly is not in Ireland as it is absolutely freezing here.
