Winter In the Eyes of the Fallen Goddess

I am the words on the wind;
lost forever because I could not say what I needed you to know
I am the center of the circle;
I see all & touch nothing
I am the voice in the rain;
tones are clear but you never hear the words
I am the thought that haunts you,
the memories of all you didn't do
& I won't leave your side
I am the answer discovered
just a little to late
the words in the dust on your window pane
the last thought of the artist whose works went unknown
& I could never say what I needed you to know
