Winter Frost

Winter frost Dripping Ice from aging Past Memory eroding as time passes Thoughts dancing a swallow dance In cloggy, misty fog a passing cloud, a light drizzle Racing to the end of days as fierce sunset breeze fanning embers grey Regret's arrow piercing deep bearing grief, birth in previous Moons Sky painted red, Moon sighing loud Shadow vanishing like a fabricated story Told on a boat riding to its wreck When it comes, so it will be Like phoenix rising from her ashes For in her despair comes laughter Her distraught , her win When it's not over, it's not lost
