Winning the War
In the battlefield of bloody action the warrior
charges with the loaded gun on the shoulder,
across the thorny ground riddled with mines,
in vengeful mind notion of death doesn’t enter.
The face of his little daughter waiting at home,
smiles in a faded photograph in his tattered pocket,
he has no time to look at her gleaming face now,
because he is there to march forward and attack.
He is on a singular mission to kill the enemy
with the hands that fondly caressed his daughter,
with his heart that will keep her alive forever,
the fear of death is killed by the survival instinct.
Become a bold warrior, fight without fear,
you will live for the loved ones, winning the war.
