I have tasted Rice Wine( not Wine Rice) in North Eastern Region of India. It is milky white, (alcohol content is low), and cool. They call it Lau Pani. It is a traditional drink. In Japan you will find Sake (Rice Wine)- the preparation is of course different. I believe like you they are Less cost and less sweat Century food- Perfect! Much love Leonora xxxlll rajat
