Windy Wilbur Wears Whistles

Windy Wilbur wears white wet wooden whistles
weaving without wonderment within woods wisdom 
where wily weather whips Windy Wilbur's whimsy
we wait wondering whether Windy Wilbur's whistle works.

I always do a limerick or an alliteration when I am stuck; this was one of those times.
