Winds I Have Known

Throughout the 
long years
 I have known many winds
Cold winds from the North
Warm winds from the South
Autumn breezes turning 
   leaves into a  brilliant tapestry
Thorughout the  long years
I have seen many changes 
Northern winds bring frost
Spring winds bring flowers 
Our lives are songs in the wind 
which can be heard, briefly 
Befor darkness falls 
A short tale. perhaps 
But one full 
           of fury 
  and not a little love
