Wind Ii
Come,
Soaring, wings of wind
Without captive care,
Past forest fern and –
Brush
Break,
Over silent skies,
Your bold, beating breath,
Like roaring rivers –
Rush
Fly,
Freely o’er land,
Lapping little streams
Of meadows green and –
Lush
Fall,
From your sapphire sea,
Diving down to dust;
Drum percussions deep,
Crescendo loud, then –
Hush
