Will You Spend Time With Me

Will You Spend Time With Me?

If you loved me the way Christ does.  
What a difference this would make!
Perhaps then...  I wouldn't feel 
like my "life is a mistake"

Maybe if you listened to me, 
and weren't so "busy" all the time.
I'd find a friend.  Who.... like Christ,
 is compassionate and kind.

The time we've spent together has 
been few and far between.
It seems like I’ve done a "good job" of
 messing up everything.

May I ask you...  Will you 
give me another chance?
And take time to pray that God will
 change my circumstance?

Your thoughts and actions speak 
louder than words spoken.
May your heart yield to the 
Holy Spirit and be broken.

Thank you so much, for the
time listening to me!
It's people like you that I want to
 be with throughout eternity!
