Will You Be Mine

The night, was such a Treasure Trove night! Their eyes were sparkling, in the light! Even though, they were all alone, they spoke in a soft, melodic tone. A single red rose, to pledge his devotion. She gives her, hearts-key, to reflect his emotion! A soft blue-velvet box, he puts in her palm. Although she's excited, she tries to stay calm! She opens it slowly, a brilliant diamond's inside, he caresses her warmly, and speaks , slowly with pride! "If you'll be my wife, I will truely be blessed"! She throws her arms round him, and whispers, Yes, darling, Yes! Contest: Treasure Trove By: Ralph Taylor
