Will You?

I woke up realizing I loved you
Stroking your soft dark hair
And as I looked into your eyes
You with the utmost caution asked…
"Will you love me tomorrow when it starts to rain?"

I said I will love you even when it rains
I will love you for one thousand tomorrows

"Will you love me tomorrow when there is no sun?"

I said I will find you even in the blackest of nights
I will love you even in eternal darkness
I will love you for one thousand tomorrows…

"Will you love me tomorrow if snow starts to fall?"

I said I will love you even in the coldest of winters
I will love you for one thousand tomorrows…

"Will you love me tomorrow if I died?"

I said I love now and I’ll love you always
I will love you for one thousand tomorrows…
I will love you for one thousand years…
I will love you for one thousand eternities…
