Will I See You Tomorrow

Tomorrow is another day
Outstretch your wings and fly
Milestones can be reached
Only if you beleive in thy self
Relic in the thought
Relax your mind and soul
Or it just won't happen
Will be put off and forgotten
Instead of achieving set goals
So bask under the sun
Ask for a little help from above
Never doubt miracles from God
Or question His motives
To make things happen
Hunger will disapate
Every plate shall be filled
Rejoice and sing aloud
Dance to your hearts content
Another sunrise is coming
You're going to just love to see

Your poetic talent shines brightly in these heartfelt words, Katherine. I congratulate you, for your well deserved 3rd place win. The strength written in these words is tremendous. I particularly like "Every plate shall be filled" because when I hear people complain about government(s) sending $$$ to other countries, I think perhaps God's will is in what we resist...redistribution of wealth. Filling plates. Contending with greed even among receivers. I enjoyed thinking. Smiles, Dane Ann
