Will I Find You

Through the woods I walk
Searching for something
I don’t know what I am searching for
Just know it’s out there
Are you out there
Can I see
Woods are thick, no light
Still I walk further
Still I search
Searching for something
That matters
Searching for answers
Are you out there
Woods are still thick
Still no light
Still I search
Am I coming to the end of
These thick woods?
Is my search through?
Do I find you?
Questions, questions
That run through my mind
Guess I have to wait
Wait and see
If I find you
Wait until I see light
I’ll find you
Some day I will
Some day We’ll meet
When the woods aren’t so thick
My search will be through
Because its only then
I have found you
And the joy will be felt.
That’s the day my heart will be full.
And the coldness will melt
This matters
When you find someone
Who cares
This matters
When you know they care
When they stand by you
Through thick and thin
You know they care
There’s no pretend
No thick woods
There’s a light
I see you
In plain sight.
I am happy
I smile in delight
I’ll walk with you
Forever
Stand by you
And care

I feel like I'm reading my own thoughts... You're right must have similar feelings. For your sake I hope you don't have all the same experiences. Keep searching, it's got to be out there... Lots of Luv
