Why Write When You Can Pray ?

Writing is a form of prayer, the writer makes with his pen.
He puts it to paper,
 and lets it all go
When writing there is no time,
  no space,
 everything stands still,
 while the writer writes.
Why does he write ?
 Why do you not pray?
To have someone to hear your inner most thoughts to look for answers,
 to ask for help ,
 to let go ,
to just get it out.
Sometimes he writes out of anger,
 sometimes out of loss,
others its out of desperation ,
 sometimes its just because .
Now the writer writes in hopes
that the answer will be come clear .
He knows all he has to do is wait long enough,
 and it will appear.
But what say you of those who do not write ?
Are they lost, broken or just forgotten ?
No, they are not lost, broken or forgotten
instead of bringing down the pen to paper ,
They choose to speak their silent prayer
But one thing is for sure
Paper and pen
Hands clasped and kneeling
Someone, somewhere,
 has heard your silent prayer
