Why No Eyes

Why no Eyes.. June 7,2021

You must not rely
On those crusty eyes
Crusty from years of sand 
Not of substance you can not stand
Rely on those wary eyes
And watch them turn before yours dry
Eyes of trust we rarely see
So never turn away from these
Eyes are portals to a soul
They tell of age days of old
Eyes can see so much deeper
Just depends upon the keeper
So take my word and never rely
Because people change and so do eyes
