Why My Feelings Faded For You

WHY MY FEELINGS FADED FOR YOU...

Said You, Ours is an unconditional love
When time took its test, you flew away my dove

Said you, If I ask for moon, you’ll place it at my feet
When I needed you the most, you deserted me only to cheat

To sustain our relation, whenever you had to say or do
You hurt my heart each time, I overcame, I even forgot ,I let go

But now, smoldering this painful bruise on soul, has let me feel stark low
Little feelings left has flown away, no chance to amend even if you bow

Had you stayed beside while I wept, with your gestures and warmth genuine
I would feel truly blessed to nurture our love till my end in my heart’s shrine!

Yes, we remember how someone made us feel. And yes, just that added effort of taking a relation to the full distance would save so many of us from sadness :)
