Why Must We Go

I see no reality, no pressure
That which forces us is none.
A dream drives us forward.
The dream, spinning and churning,
Takes us farther away.
From what?
Perhaps ourselves.
The true us may frighten others
We may shatter their dreams with our own.
Our lies lead them into impact.
Their lies lead us into death.
