Why Me
I thought I was going up but got knocked down.
Started to blame the world for my he'll of a frown
I had big plans wanting to paint the town, instead
I was trying to get off the ground.
In secret I cry, wondering why? So hurt inside maybe
It's time to drop that foolish pride. When you are on
The right path and you stray problems will come to
Mold, humble and guide you the right way.
You see GOD is good and He don't like sin, He know
All about us from beginning to end. For He is Lord
And your best friend. I no longer cry, feel sad or
Hate, I know The Lord has a plan, all I need to do is
Wait.
Now I look at my life, I'm doing just fine for I know
The Lord is always right on time. So when you are
Going through that test, just do your best and The
Lord will do the rest. And when my life is in a haze
I look to the sky and give The Lord praise. Life is
Sweet just do what you should and whether you
Are high class or live in the hood, GOD is always
Good.
