Why Is There No Peace
Everywhere I see people around me
Are being hurt are being killed
Every minute every second
You lose a loved one
Can’t you feel the pain of another one?
Have you no feelings
Why is there no peace?
Can’t you see tears in another one’s eyes?
Can’t you see wounds of torture on their body?
Do you not see spots of blood on the ground?
You see a person bleeding
Have you no feelings?
Why is there no peace?
We can hold one another’s hand together
To show that unity still stands
Don’t take revenge but forgive the other
And you’ll see that there is peace
