Why I Believe

I believe moms can make it right, all day and all night. I believe dads tell the best bed time stories, they tell them with all their glories. I believe my kitten is oh so soft, do not leave him in the loft. I believe my grandma is the very best, much better when she gets some rest. I believe my grandpa loves ice cream, he reads me a book so I can dream. I believe because I believe, it is much better to give than to receive. 8/9/2019 Edward Ibeh Why I Believe

Paula, your poem "Why I Believe" is a charming and heartwarming ode to the simple joys of childhood. I love the way you capture the innocence and wonder of a child's world and the way you celebrate the love and support of family. Your poem is a reminder that even the most minor things can be a source of great joy and happiness. - Blessings, Daniel
