Why He Lied

"WHY HE LIED" there's a young kid next door. he's the one paying the rent. he's got a kid, a car, a female and a job. he introduced himself to me the other day. he asked me how I liked living here since he was here before me. "it's alright. it's quiet and it's new to me." I said with ease. he says, "yeah, it's cool. I moved here not too long ago myself. just me, my girl and my son. I'm in love. I'm happy." I could tell he was lying. after a little more of our pithy conversation I shook his hand and we both walked away. the next morning I heard a female crying hysterically, screaming and throwing objects at a wall. it was the kid next door and his female was going ape ****. "WHY DON'T YOU WANT TO BE WITH ME?! DON'T WALK AWAY FROM ME! JUST @$!#IN TALK TO ME!" he pleaded with her, "shut the hell up, please!... you're gonna get me kicked out of here." "THEN ANSWER ME. ANSWER ME. @$!#IN ANSWER ME. WHY DON'T YOU WANT TO BE WITH ME?!" I stood outside my door smoking my cigarette. all I could do was feel for the poor kid. I wondered where his son, his home, his property and job would go when he went to jail for this *****'s tantrum. she'd get his son, his home becomes hers, she'd sell his ****, he'd lose his job. it wasn't when he said he was happy I knew he was lying, it was when he said he was in love.
