Why Do People Walk Away When You Need Them the Most?

Am I mad?
Am I upset?
I dont know my emotions,
The day is gone,
The feeling passed by,
Like winds blow in my face,
And the tears fall,
Yet the sorrow is still there,
I feel numb to everything,
I feel hopeless; yet I try to pull away,
I feel so sad, all my friends ran away,
I feel good witting in poetry soup all day and everyday
Isn't weird when we need our love ones, friends, family to be there,
They look at you and walk away,
I look up to them to pull me up from the ground,
Yet I set there with deep pain,
And when you write poems here
You get some advise,
Isn't weird getting advise from random
People that you never met?
And your friends act like they don't care.
Why I always ask God?
Is it because God want's us to go,
To Him as a child?

Hello Shirin...there are many here who find solace in comments from strangers they've never met....sometimes friendships blossom, and who would expect that from a website? I'm sorry I didn't get back to your soupmail...you asked about the " quotation marks....it just emphasizes what you want to say. God bless....

Every dependent moment invites the love of God ... every conscious need encourages us into a relationship with the blessing giver. Thanks for your comments on my poems.

I am sorry you do not have support with friends and family. We are a wonderful outlet here, there is no doubt. Of course faith is huge. I love Dane's reply below, too. Keep writing and hang in there. Warmest wishes. Love, Shar

Oh, My dear Shirin, I do believe that your poem has shed some insight upon our reason for tribulation...Souls focused on God can be uplifted. (sometimes, constant prayer is needed, until uplifted.) Focus on God leads to eternal light. Here's a heartfelt answer to your question. Friends and family run because they love you so much, that by listening, they hurt, too. "Running" is safer for them. You rightly say, random people here on Poetry Soup help one another. I think God lead us here. Love.
