Why Did She Dissappear
WHY DID SHE DISAPPEAR
Why did she disappear,
all she left was a void of fear,
my heart lay broken on the floor,
like glass, all scattered from wall to door.
Had she been ill and say no more,
or tried to console my hearts deplore,
all we have shared now faded away,
like a cloud that has cast the sun astray,
For I have walked in her shadow of beauty,
and now not harken that voice no more,
but shall bathe in the words of love we shared,
to treasure her song in my musical store,
