Why Can'T We All Just Get Along

It is not hard to find our differences
In looks or thoughts or likes
The human snowflake is so unique
Acceptance should be our plight

Why can’t we all just get along Stop telling the other guy how he’s living wrong Love is the building block that will make us strong Why can’t we all just get along
We can rise above putting others down We can live in harmony We can better this world that we all share By accepting the you’s and me’s
Why can’t we all just get along Stop telling the other guy how he’s living wrong Love is the building block that will make us strong Why can’t we all just get along
God created a garden with variety There is plenty of space for all Instead of practicing negativity We should let his flowers grow big and tall
Why can’t we all just get along Stop telling the other guy how he’s living wrong Love is the building block that will make us strong Why can’t we all just get along

Wow! I love your poem with its theme. It is also very nice piece or poem for choral presentation of students on special occasions. Thanks for sharing!
