Why Ask Me
I am a fibre on the canvas of the universe
Slightly frayed and unwanted within the fabric
No dreams of life beyond death
and an unnatural aversion to life
Solitary in my weirdness and unashamed by shame
I am an individual hiding in the solitude of humanity
Laws i slip like sentient binds
Prisoner in myself and never adourn my real mask
My lateral thoughts are buried in the depths of my rabbit hole
Staring at the looking glass it stares within my all
The screaming imagination that orientates the vessel beyond
I am the liar in the light of day
and none seem to hear my call
Pick the simple happy, sad, constructs of the norm
Inside this fleshened cage
My mind is free to roam
Alone and never alone
The voice inside knows all that shapes my core
and none will ever know
