Why Are There Snowbirds

Why do snowbirds do it? Avoiding winter like that No freezing rain No winter mix No icicles falling on your head from trees No losing control of your car While you slide into a forty-foot embankment. I see you have never lived in Chicago in the winter For your face shows me you have no idea what I am talking about.

Thank you Heidi. Our winter storm is so bad today the forecaster have named it Winter Storm Jacob!

well i am in a state that gets this weather, although we had been blessed thus far this winter however they are calling for probably what you had today to hit us tomorrow... snow, wintry mix... at least it will hit on a three day weekend here... hugs and stay warm

You must be pretty close to us. We have a four-day weekend, as school was cancelled here today.

We certainly do not. School today was cancelled yesterday because we were supposed to get an icy-freezy-mix between 3 and 5 a.m. today. It is 5:23 a.m. and I am freezing, so suspect it might have happened.
