Why

Go away leave me be I am just a kid Why are you beating me? Why all the yelling, screaming and fussing why the slaps, pushes and punches. Why do you hurt your own flesh and blood God gave me to you to love. Why do you inflict pain on a child? What part of your brain makes you think that's right To hurt a child whom you gave life. Do you think God gave me to you Just so you could have someone to abuse? I don't understand no matter how hard I try So I continue asking God Why I had this life? I don't have the answers, I don't have a clue, But you are my parent and I truly love you.
