Who's to say goodbye?
Gazing through the looking
glass of a life once embraced.
So poetic the mortal beginning
and end in the universal
exchange.
Who's to say goodbye?
When transition is as inevitable
as the ending of a beautiful day
it too, like you,shall rise
continuously.
Who's to say goodbye?
When waves will continue to
crash on an endless sea, the
sun will continue to rise above
its creation, and the heart will
continue to love with more
force then the either of the
glorious two.
Who's to say goodbye to you?
For with every crashing wave,
every rise of the sun and every
beat of my heart you have
returned to me.
