Who Would Hold My Hand

It's suffocating me, This pain that I buried inside. It's killing me, This poison that's spreading inside, Who do I tell? Who would care enough? Who would hold my hand? I sail these treacherous waters alone, And I don't know when I'll drown, But before I go, I wanna know, If it's always been this way, Was life always this unfair?
