Who Wants To Swim
Looking at a blood red sea,
and watching the bones swim by
is quite an oddity I assure you.
But not for long, I predict,
for man has learned well,
how to produce such scenes,
with such wonderful creations
as pollution and disease.
Beaches covered with needle trees
will soon be a grand sight.
For we consider oceans to be bottomless pits,
but they are good gardeners of the shores
and plant our trash well.
Swimming will become an expensive pastime,
for the toxic water will turn our skin to jelly
and we will flow back to the coast,
where someone will pour us in a mold
so we can pollute once more.
