Who Is My Neighbor

When walking on the street one day
I watched all the people I saw along the way.

Some had faces that were soft and sweet
Others looked as if they'd often been beat.

Some were young, some were old
Only one thing about all of them I'd been told.

They are all the same in the eyes of God
For in His image, we all were made.

In the Bible Jesus gave us the command Himself...
"Love thy neighbor, as thyself."

Well-written. We are our own neighbor. I am you and you are me and we are all together. Uh oh, I had no intention of pulling out the Beatles ... CayCay
