Who Is Knocking At My Door
(This Snowy Winters Christmas Eve)
“Hello!
Just felt the need,
On this cold snowy Christmas eve,
Don’t know why!
You seemed so far away,
A lifelong journey,
Kept the clock ticking,
Could hear my heart speak,
Knew it was time,
Took the bus and arrived,
Wondered why it had taken me so long,
The inner voice saying! “Headstrong”
As a young man, life had kept me away,
Time had passed me too quick,
Age had passed me by! My heart Cried,
Called to saying! Here I am! Love you,
Open arms! Hugged,
Missed and very lonely,
Surprise! Surprise!
Merry Christmas and kisses,
Here I am! Your son,
Good to see you, mum!
Tears !!!!!!!!!
