I'm not abusive
I'm not manipulative
I'm not cold
I'm not crazy
I'm not attention seeking

I'm hurt
I'm sad 
i'm lonely 
I'm scared
I'm abused

See me
Notice me

I am smart
I am caring
I am loving
l am empathetic
I am Me
