White Pumpkin Gets Even

Gleaming white in field.
All Hallows Eve approaches,
Great White Pumpkin stirs!

Knowing he is odd,
The Great White Pumpkin rises,
Seeking his revenge!

Nice Halloween Haiku, Martin. My favorite form 575 and you did a beautiful job. Thanks for your comment on my Hearts Against Will. Love, Iolanda

Great haiku. I like the idea (and fact) that it's odd. Wish you the best if this is for Raul's contest. And thanks for checking out my poems. I appreciate it.

Love the double Haiku. I am not sure about the white pumpkin hope that he stays away. Sara

Neat Haiku,(s) Martin! Great imagery- I am transported to a lone house on a lonely country road, looking over the window on a bright moon lit night. And what do I see- a pumpkin patch with a single Great White Pumpkin! Wait...did I see it rise? It's moving!!! It's coming at me!! Great job! Peace, Audrey
