Whispers Within
Glass wind-chimes in alleyway of mind
habitat of thoughts holding guilt in hostage
with hidden secrets in fear, never to be told
sitting by the window in sound of darkness
a breeze of entropy whispers, "you sinned."
I can hear soft breath of my loud heartbeats.
a hollow mandolin plays an unheard music
I close my eyes trying to forget everything
Light whispers, why run away from yourself?
I walk along a beach of roaring sea waves
soothing sand beneath, and faith whispers
silent tiny tremors within every part of me
reverberating, " Let me take care of you."
