Has my brain become scrambled, I wonder?
As the sun retreats, I sigh away the day.
A song of sorrow takes hold, my heart does ponder,
In the shadowlands, where tears sing and play.
I crave the freedom of a bird,
To soar above the silver waves,
Escaping behind the chaos, unheard,
To find solace in the quiet caves.
As I crest the silence, amidst jarred swarms
Seeking solace in sun-woven serenata.
Eternal reflections dance in the sea storms,
Lamenting souls' journey, caught in a lyrical sonata.
Whispers of the cease of summer cram the air,
As the days grow shorter and the nights grow cold.
The world around me seems to wear a somber stare,
As nature's beauty unfolds.
The waves crash upon the shore,
Their rhythm was a lullaby for my soul.
I listen to the Symphony of the Sea,
As it sings of the summer's toll.
The wind whispers secrets in my ear,
Of memories lost and dreams unfulfilled.
I close my eyes and let the sorrow sear,
Knowing that summer had ended, my heart stilled.
But amidst the melancholy, a stillness descends,
A moment of peace in the chaos of life.
I find solace in the whispers of the end,
In the serenata of the night.
The stars above twinkle with a gentle glow,
Guiding my painful soul toward tranquility.
The moon's soft light casts a soothing shadow,
As I reach comfort in the night's serenity.
Summertime is at last drawing to an end,
Leaving behind memories and lessons learned.
In the whispers of the night, I find solace,
As the world around me continues to turn flawless.
