Whispers of Solitude
In the quiet of my heart's own keep,
Secrets whisper where shadows sleep,
Echoes of pain, lessons learnt along the way
In the fabric of solitude, truth comes alive.
In the middle of the night when darkness looms,
The flicker of light from the moon kisses the walls of this small room
Reveals that in sorrow’s gentle hold, gratitude blooms.
Alone, yet not, in this dance of life,
Each moment’s pain births a hidden chance,
To see the grace in every tear cried in my solitude,
To find the joy that lives near when I feel alone.
So I walk with a heart unburdened and free,
Understanding better what it means to be,
To cherish the small fruits of life,
To love the sound of silence and truth,
With optimism’s light, I see anew.
