Whispers

the wind whispers to me, it says
you have stayed in this place too long
I will help lift you along

The sun whispers to  me, it says
let me call upon the seed within you
and help it to grow

The earth whispers to me, it says
plant your feet firmly upon me
take one step, then another

The water whispers to me , it says
what you see before you is only
a partial reflection of your whole self

My spirit whispers to me, it says
carry on,
just carry on
