Whispering Tongues

Whispering tongues secret voice of the heart.
Uttering great mysteries now known in part.
Sacred prayers of the spirit taking to flight;
love whispers to Jesus: sent by white candle light.

A spiritual awakening, a mighty rushing of wind;
in your grace you have kept me, from beginning to end.
All anxieties now silenced, no more are darkness of woes;
Lord Savior my sweet Jesus: lover of my once tortured soul…

Whispering tongues echo that which is deep.
Defining divine purpose for ones spirit to keep.
A love letter expressed when no one’s in sight;
passionate whispers to Jesus: kisses the still of this night.

A spiritual possession, a love such as I never knew;
for all of eternity you’ve been there: holy, faithful and true.
Breath of your loving presence, consumes my body and soul;
Holy Ghost Spirit Lord Jesus: of my all, I grant you total control….

                                                                                    Brother Christian
                                                                                          07/25/11
