Whispered Dreams in the Sky

Written: April 29, 2025, for Contest by Brian Strand

                 **************************

diaphanous
        spirals
of
     spectral
                  nebula
tethered
to
whispers
     of
    life
a
    paradox
                 swirls
 in
    meticulous
         orchestration
of
         touch
               & sight

where
       heartbeat
                  echoes
foreboding
         forecasting
a
         sweeping
chronicle
         etched

in
         ether
                fragile
breath
       fleeting
as
       twilight
thread
         unbares
layers
of
ethereal
            embroidery
sewn
from
souvenirs

     tactile
              puzzles
                        mapping
       connections
under
         vast sky
       scattered
with
      ambiguity
of
       perception
              seeking
clarity
in
clouds
       marked
by
light &
                  experience
       wind-driven
 sails
         mysteries
                        folded
                                within

gentle
     breeze
             amidst
ephemeral
       odyssey
             intimacy
                  anchors
                           us
                with its
      quiet
song

OPEN FORM created by Brian Strand in lowercase without grammatical symbols, uses spaces&breaks relying upon 'the one breath limitation' & as a 'happening' requires the 'reader' (reciter) to input &respond in a two way interplay & interpretatIon unique to the moment& changing according to mood & thus is inherently variable.

Beautiful layout and amazing thoughts! Everything is scattered with ambiguity and mysteries are shrouded. We have to decipher meanings through observation and experience.

SP, I think this definitely indicates that there is some chaos in the world we live in. Perhaps we are smart enough to read the signs nature presents to us, but I'm not betting on it. We really need to be very careful observers to pick up on the clues!! Smiles for such a thoughtful piece. Now I have to meditate and try to decipher what's going on around me!

Hey this is cool and different. I'm going to describe it as "ordered chaos." Nice string of words
