Which Came First? the Chicken Or the Egg-Neither!
Which Came First?
The discourse has been argued many times before.
By kings, by peasants, and learned men galore…
By women, by children nearly started war!
One says, “It was the chicken, of course.” there's more.
From whence came the chicken? Will you please explain?
From the egg… It started with an egg. What a bore!
It is not very simple, to explain it plain.
But imagination and a prayerful soul…
Upon hearing this news could surely sustain.
Day 3 and Day 5 is when genes came alive!
Protected in caplets ‘til on earth beget.
Encased by the thousands each species should survive.
How did He do it? Scientists, study that!
He did NOT do it with a magical hat!
Wisdom's precisions, God created and formed.
Which came first, chicken or the egg? Tell me, you.
Believe me or not; I believe this is true.
‘Twas genes in a caplet where first chickens grew...
I think this could be. Do you think so, too?
